SOLAR IN AUSTRALIA AND AROUND THE WORLD

Currently there are many different types of SOLAR PANELS AND SYSTEMS available in Australia and throughout the world. There is an extraordinary demand for this industry and many of us believe it is the way of the future. DO you think this is correct?

Figures from Bloomberg new energy finance have reported that in excess of US$240 billion of new clean energy investment globally in 2010 alone. That figure alone proves that our governing bodies from around the globe feel it is going to have some kind of impact and influence on our future for some time to come. The world of solar is moving forward and gaining speed rapidly.

On the contrary, with such a high demand in this industry and so many companies trying to get there slice, We are going to be confronted with a huge variety of Solar panels and systems across the globe. As technology improves this variety is going to increase also.

I alone, have installed 4 different types of panels for the company that I work for in Solar in Australia. All panels have different advantages and disadvantages.

If you have had a system installed is it the right one for you? Are you producing as much as you possibly can be? Are your Solar panels and system appropriate for the conditions that you live in? There are many variables that will determine the efficiency of your system. For example orientation, wind, temperature to name a few.

Solar Panels have been around for a long time and inevitably are going to be here for a long time to come but our knowledge and understanding in the Solar and renewable energy industry is still very immature as a consumer.

I will endeavour to update my knowledge of Solar panels in Australia and the industry as a whole, and provide that to you as effectively as I can.

I hope to hear from everyone who has something to say about the possible way of the future regarding Solar and renewable energy.

Sunny side up everyone!
